My flight increased, so I can't even afford to go to my family reunion!!

[PERSON_NAME] has been working with a third party called eDestinos for ticket purchase. Not only do the ticket prices not match the ones listed on Kayak, but eDestinos is also known for hidden fees and lack of a customer service department.
As someone who trusted [PERSON_NAME], I went through with the purchase. The ticket was approx $1220, raising to approx $1400 to include services such as travel insurance. This travel insurance included 90% refund if the flight was canceled. Upon making the payment, I was charged an additional $400 and got a different receipt AFTER making the payment.
Their excuse was that that was the cost for in-site services and taxes. I asked for the 90% reimbursment and it was declined, offering a refund for only the plane ticket.

My kayak booking references 12857****. When booking I asked for economy premium.
When I received my booking information it listed economy, but not economy premium for all the bookings and transfers.

How to Contact kayak Customer Service Number
- - Double charged $1,808.25 instead of $1,486.64; refund promised by Mar 19, 2026 has not arrived; requesting full refund and resolution.
I purchased my ticket on March 16, 2026. However, I was mistakenly charged twice.
One charge was for $1,808.25, while the correct ticket amount was $1,486.64.
The $1,808.25 charge was not supposed to be processed. I contacted customer service on the same day, and I was informed that the incorrect charge would be refunded by March 19, 2026.
Unfortunately, I have not received the refund to date.
