Can't get hold of live agent to resolve a reservation problem

- Split reserve into two separates by legs which causes problem
- No agent to speak live
- Reservation unfriendly
Preferred solution: Fix my reservation so the other leg of my flight includes checked bags.

Resolved: Can't access checkin
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. The problem was the ticket was through American on Alaska airlines, so when it said to download the AA app I couldn’t find my ticket. I finally read an email about Alaska air and the ticket after going to the airport and having AA tell me it was at Alaska airlines at the other end of the airport.
